With the demise of the regular Grauerwolfe Legacy I have been on the hunt for a much more simpler way to play The Sims 4 in the multigenerational way I really like.
Enter Asphodal Moon‘s Occult Legacy, with easy to follow rules graphics by Kimbasprite.
During legacy gameplay occults tend to be discouraged as the gameplay around occult sims don’t fit well in to the rules of a standard legacy challenge. Vampire Wilhelm just never dying being one example exhibited in the Grauerwolfe Legacy, and Aster’s need to repeatedly travel to Selvadorada while unable to move out of the ancestral legacy lot being a second. This is a shame because I love occult sims, but I haven’t really played much with them because I also love a good crunchy scoring legacy challenge.
This series will let me experience content I haven’t yet, while (although regretfully, I just don’t have the capacity at the moment) ditches the crunchy scoring of a standard challenge.
